Educational qualification and age are considered major barriers to digitalization. However, Square Food & Beverage Ltd. has crossed this barrier and brought automation to factory & field-level workers. With our new HRIS, field workers across Bangladesh can give Attendance, Leave, Leave Balance, Travel Allowance & Daily Allowance through Geo Location Sign-In.
Factory workers can also apply leave, check leave balance, and trace overtime without anyone’s help through several large KIOSKs. Because the entire digital process is facilitated in Bengali, it has become user-friendly and easy for all employees.
