Departments heads will be able to monitor the status of the performance appraisal on a dashboard where summary information will be provided regarding number of submission and approval, & rating. There will be a Bell curve which will help to understand the trend of performance rating of the given year.
Individual Development Plan
There is option in the system where employees submit their development plan where supervisor or admin can review that. The individual development plan is a live document which keeps getting updated by submission and review by employee and supervisor.
Confirmation & Promotion Automation
The confirmation and promotion process of the company can be automated so that the timelines are set in the system and system automatically takes action when these processes have to be initiated.
Mid-Year Review
At Midst of a PMS Year, Employees submit their review against the goals that they have set at the beginning of the year.
Admin Monitoring
Admin will be able to parameterize the PMS timelines, goal types, goal weightage etc. During the goal setting or review periods, admin will have authority to check the status of submission and revert any submission status if required.
Succession Plan
Succession plan can be performed in the system where the succession data can be store in the system against important roles of the company with readiness timelines.
Year End Appraisal
At year end, employees submit their review against the goals and supervisors perform the appraisal. After appraisal by supervisor, a performance Rating against each employee is generated.
Development Calibration
After performance rating generation, if company decides to calibrate the ratings, there will be option to perform development calibration of selected employees in the system.
Increment & Bonus Calculation
Increment and performance bonus can be calculated with the rating that is generated from performance appraisal.
