Asset Classification
There will be options in the system to create and manage stores and vendors of the assets so that assets can be managed properly with details.
Asset Tracking
As all assets are given Unique ID's. Every asset can be tracked down very easily to their recipients.
Servicing
After the asset settlement /handover / clearance, Admin will be able to send the assets to a Servicing mode if the assets need any servicing. After Servicing is completed, the serviced assets will be again turned back to active status.
Asset Creation with Unique Serial
There will be options in the system to create and manage Assets with unique serial numbers so that details can be tracked down to each asset. There will be options to set the stakeholders too who will have the authority to clear/settle the assets while the employee discontinues work.
Employee ESS Asset Clearance View
Employees will be able to view the list of assets that they have received yet on their ESS portal.
Asset Assignment to employees, Locations or Departments
Assets with unique identification can be assigned to employees or a location or a department.
Handover
During employee discontinuation of work, employees’ asset settlement or clearance will be performed online on the ESS portal where the clearance stakeholders will be able to clear the employees of their assigned assets with remarks if there are any (including financial comments). After the asset clearance, assets will be available to the admin for further assignments or Servicing (if required).
