Employees will be able to view their full profiles where all of their profile information will be available.
Leave Application
The employee will be able to apply for leave from the mobile app from anywhere so that employees don’t have to access their office environment to apply for leave.
Geo Location Based Attendance
Employees will be able to Check In and Check Out from their mobile app which will be considered as their attendance and these records will be captured in the system with the geo location from where the punches have been made.
Pending Approval List
Employees will be able to check their pending approvals or list so that they can take action to (Approve / Reject / Revert) the request from GoHR mobile app rather than going to the Employee Self-Service Portal.
Leave Approval
Approvers too will be able to approve/reject the leave application from their subordinates on their mobile app from anywhere.
Attendance Approval
Approvers will be able to take action on the attendance regularization requests from their subordinates on their mobile app.
Notifications
All of the notifications regarding leave, attendance, expense, etc. will be available in the mobile app for easy communication.
Attendance Regularization
Employees will be able to see their attendance records from their mobile app as well as the option to regularize the attendance data if there is any irregularity in their attendance data.
Payslip
Employee also get the opportunity of viewing and downloading their payslips from the mobile app so that they can access their payslip from anywhere.
